Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend detailing distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
